Dr. Lancaster is an outstanding endocrinologist. He is very helpful and understanding and welcoming to new patients. He takes time to listen to you to get the whole picture and his bedside manner is tremendous. To people who are already sick and vulnerable, he is a SuperStar. He does not make you feel like you are wasting his time or taking too much of it, or that a patient is “too complicated”. Thank you!
As a senior citizen with a complicated disease I want to be reassured of some kind of protocol dealing with starting a new medication and the careful monitoring that I will not have to be put on a waiting list to be able to see the doctor about any possible bad reactions during this time.
